AbstractPurpose – This paper aims not to legalize the practice of unlawful muamalah transactions, but real purpose is what do if someone has already made transactions and generates wealth from solution repentance in Islam, so as repeat illegal future.Methodology - uses a qualitative method form library research. Literature study technique collecting data by examining books, literatures, articles research reports that have with problem being solved.
